Format: Please remember that unless you specify PAL, we ship NTSC TAPES. NTSC tapes will NOT PLAY on PAL or SECAM machines.
Service: Generally, video orders are shipped within 7 days.
Delivery Time:

United States Please allow three to four (3 - 4) weeks for actual delivery. It is usually much faster except at holiday seasons.

Canada, Europe, Asia, Other Countries Please allow four to six (4-6) weeks. There are MANY delays which we cannot control. Usually it is faster except at holiday seasons.

Satisfaction Guaranteed! You may return any tape ordered within 10 days if you are not satisfied for any reason whatsover (please let us know what it is, though) and receive a full refund (less postage and handling). QUALITY DESCRIBED. You understand in ordering that these are NOT commercial quality tapes and that they offered for private use as between collectors, and that we have done our best to describe the problems with individual tapes.

Shipping Charge

Shipping Methods: We can ship via UPS, US Post, or by SPECIAL EXPRESS COURIER (at a much higher price.)
Foreign Shipments:As of February 1, 2002, we can no longer be responsible for uninsured lost orders shipped outside of the United States. While most orders arrive with no problem, there have been an certain number of lost foreign orders which are very expensive to replace. We can offer the standard US Postal Service Insurance (up to US$100.00) for an extra charge of $3.00 and Confirmation of Receipt for an extra charge of $3.00 plus US$5.00 handling to cover the cost of filling out the forms (there are four of them).
Normal Shipping Rates: You will find a Full Rate list below (just beneath the order space.).

For United States UPS, please note: Minimum domestic United States UPS charge is $6.50. For each additional tape please add $1.00. Maximum UPS charge is $12.50. (Example. 5 videos: First video = $6.50; second, third, fourth, fifth = $1.00 each = $4.00; Total = $10.50 UPS charge. Any UPS order of six videos or more (no matter how many) is $12.50 maximum. We pay the additional shipping charge on UPS.)

Sales Tax: New York State Residents must include 8 1/4% sales tax
Special Express Courier (Express Shipping) to Europe, South America and other locations.- We can ship by UPS Express on special request. To foreign (non-US) destinations this can cost over US$50.00. In addition, we must charge a $5.00 handling fee because of the paperwork involved. Please write FIRST for instructions and cost. OperaVideo@Juno.Com If you wish to use other couriers (DHL, et al) you must make a special arrangment to prepay for pickup as we do not have a direct account with them.
In Person Pick Up. We are not organized to have people pick up packages from us. If, for some reason, this is particularly important to you, we must have a minimum of one week advance notice, advance payment, and we charge a $10.00 fee for processing.

Payment:

Checks & Money Orders: We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders payable in US funds and drawn on a US bank. We do not accept checks drawn on non-US banks because they take 30 days to clear and we are charged US$15.00 or more to convert them..We can only accept US Postal Money Orders (no foreign postal money orders)

Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA.or American Express. Although E-mail transmission is not secure, but we have had no problems in four years. If you are "nervous" you may send 1/2 of your credit card number in one e-mail and the balance in a second e-mail. It is unlikely that anyone will be able to intercept it. If you still feel uncomfortable about e-mailing us your credit card number, you may snail mail it. Be sure to include: Name, Card Number, Expiration Date.
