For various reasons, the publication of this edition has been delayed indefinitely.

The original announcement was as follows:
Prior to normal publication, a strictly limited edition of 400
hand-assembled copies of the World Wide Web Edition of Teefr signed
and numbered by the author will be made available. The edition will be
printed about June1997.
Copies 51-374 will be black and white only with a color cover.
It is anticipated that copies 51-374 will be priced at US$25.00 plus
postage.
26 copies lettered A-Z will be reserved for the author's use.
26 Copies may be prepared with an engraved leather binding and accompanied by a hand made Teddy Bear and a hand-made frog. Each book and each hand-made animal will be signed and numbered by both artists and the author. The anticipated price of these 25 copies is approximately US $800.00. These copies will be prepared from numbers 1-25.
You will receive a confirmation and, as plans are finalized, you will have the opportunity to place a deposit on the final purchase.
