We can  fulfill orders to the Continental United States Only using UPS Shipping.

You may order by e-mail  or by regular post or by FAX (FAX must include e-mail address).

To order by e-mail using PayPal or Credit Card: Select the entire order form, cut and paste it into an e-mail, fill in the blanks and send it to DinoGazette@Juno.Com
To order by Fax using Pay Pal or Credit Card: Print out this entire form, fill it in and put it in you FAX machine.
To ordre by Mail using Check, money order, PayPal or Credit Card: Print out this entire form, fill it in, enclose check (payable to E.Summer) or other payment and mail to the address at the bottom

• Service: Generally,  orders are filled within 7 days.
• Delivery Time:

United States Please allow three to four (3 - 4)  weeks for actual delivery. It is usually much faster except at holiday seasons.
Alaska, Canada, Europe, Asia, Other Countries: Sorry, but we can't take foreign orders currently.
 

Satisfaction Guaranteed! You may return any toy ordered within 10 days if you are not satisfied for any reason whatsover (please let us know what it is, though)  and receive a full refund (less postage and handling).

• Sales Tax: New York State Residents must include 8 1/4% sales tax
• Special Express Courier (Express Shipping) to Europe, South America and other locations. - We can ship by UPS Express on special reques

Checks & Money Orders & PAYPAL: We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders payable in US funds and drawn on a US bank. We do not accept checks drawn on non-US banks because they take 30 days to clear and we are charged US$9.00 or more to convert them.. Please make them payable to Live Opera

Credit Cards : MasterCard, VISA.or American Express. E-mail transmission is not secure, but we have had no problems in two years. If you are "nervous" you may send 1/2 of your credit card number in one e-mail and the balance in a second e-mail. It is unlikely that anyone will be able to intercept it.  If you still feel uncomfortable about e-mailing us your credit card number, you may snail mail it. Be sure to include: Name, Card Number, Expiration Date.
